The Inspiration Movement
for Arts Leadership and Social Change

Inspiration – Arts for Humanity Movement The Movement will advance an international Network which combines and bridges different social trends in contemporary global art; including Community Art, Action Art, Human Capacity Building Art (HCB Art) And Awareness Art. The movement will create a dialogue between individuals and communities, artists and community developers, environmental activists, peace and human rights activists.

The movement believes in cross-cultural dialogue and exchange of knowledge combined with artistic activism on every level – local, state and international.

In the public and community sphere it will function between educational and art systems, digital media, and in every international political, academic and artistic gathering.

The founders of Inspiration believe that Inspiration – Arts For Humanity Movement has the power to advance peace, brotherhood and dialogue between cultures, peoples and communities, and that through the making of art we can make a major contribution to finding sustainable solutions to human hardship.

The movement is challenged to the universal oath, as expressed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948, UN); All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.  (article 1) “. We believe that the power of art is not only to express the beauty and dignity of the human spirit, but can also bring about meaningful social transformations.”
